Why pre-paid reservations for the chef's table?

Bodegón is a small space, and we want to create an intimate environment for our guests. Pre-paid reservations allow us to anticipate who is coming in and to give guests an all-encompassing experience at the best price possible.

Can I get a refund once purchased? Can I reschedule my reservation?

Just like a sporting event, concert or theater ticket, all sales are final and no refunds are issued. If however a reservation absolutely must be canceled or changed due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or change of date may be given but will be at the discretion of management. However, your reservation is completely transferable. To transfer a reservation, go to the "My Account" area of Tock and, using the upper right navigation pane, select "Your Bookings". Each reservation has a transfer button next to it, that enables you to put it in another person’s name.

What does my pre-paid reservation include?

When you purchase a booking to Bodegón, it covers your base meal, but it does not include supplemental food, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee or tea.

Why is a service charge added?

Service is an integral part of your meal and, since you will not receive a bill for your meal during the dining experience, we are adding a 20% service charge at the time of purchase. In addition, a 20% service charge will be assessed on any additional food and beverage consumed during the course of your meal.
