Why pre-paid reservations for the chef's table?

Bodegón is a small space, and we want to create an intimate environment for our guests. Pre-paid reservations allow us to anticipate who is coming in and to give guests an all-encompassing experience at the best price possible.

Can I get a refund once purchased? Can I reschedule my reservation?

Just like a sporting event, concert or theater ticket, all sales are final and no refunds are issued. If however a reservation absolutely must be canceled or changed due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or change of date may be given but will be at the discretion of management. However, your reservation is completely transferable. To transfer a reservation, go to the "My Account" area of Tock and, using the upper right navigation pane, select "Your Bookings". Each reservation has a transfer button next to it, that enables you to put it in another person’s name.

What does my pre-paid reservation include?

When you purchase a booking to Bodegón, it covers your base meal, but it does not include supplemental food, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee or tea.

Why is a service charge added?

Service is an integral part of your meal and, since you will not receive a bill for your meal during the dining experience, we are adding a 20% service charge at the time of purchase. In addition, a 20% service charge will be assessed on any additional food and beverage consumed during the course of your meal.

Will my dinner be affected if I am late for my reservation?

It is our intent for all of our guests to experience the full menu and dining experience we have taken so much care to create. If you (or a dining partner) are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to start service before your whole party arrives. If you are late, please email contact@hotelmadridmke.com.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We can accommodate any dietary requirement with advance notice. However, if you have additional questions please contact the restaurant at contact@hotelmadridmke.com prior to your visit to make arrangements.

Booking system logout times:

Please be aware that you will have 7 minutes to complete the transaction once tickets are selected. If you exceed the allotted time you will be signed out and the tickets will be released back into our system for other guests to purchase.
